During this tenure, he drove a successful IPO, and five successful acquisition exits. In addition, Randy was founder and CEO of a multi-million dollar sales agency with offices in San Jose, Dallas and Atlanta. He has an MBA in Finance and possesses extensive P&L responsibility. In addition, Randy has been directly involved in a number of Series A, B, and C financing rounds.

Brett Langlinais - COO Brett has 20 years experience in sales operations and marketing in consumer-based warranty and insurance within the retail, financial, insurance, manufacturing and warranty product and services industries. [ more + - ] |
| His core operational expertise is maximizing revenue potential through office management efficiencies, contract and bid negotiation and overall product manufacturing to reduce operating costs.
Brett successfully promoted retail and OEM-based sales and service operations by developing unique products for retailers and manufacturers, including Best Buy, Microsoft, AOL, Costco, Sears, Kmart, AIG, Office Depot, Apple, Staples and Circuit City. His business experience comes from working side by side with corporate leaders at successful Fortune 500 companies.
Brett has led numerous operational teams in the development of customer centric systems, which benefitted both the institution and end user with a number of industry-changing market sales solutions.

Prior to this, David held senior sales management positions at Encover , a leading service contract sales outsource provider, and Bellamax, a leader in providing image enhancement software and service to the photo industry. David was a Founder and VP of Sales for Porterhouse Solutions, a successful executive sales agency selling both services and software. Earlier in his career, he held various sales management positions at HP, Siemens, and Specialix. David is experienced at driving new business, and establishing strategic partnerships in both regional and national sales management roles. He has successfully sold into Fortune 1000 and mid tier players.
